Flight Arrival and Departure Times
If you are flying in to Boston International Airport (BOS) on the day of your cruise make sure you allow plenty of time to get to the ship. Carnival recommends arriving by 2:00 PM. After your cruise, your flight should not leave before 11:30 AM. Travel time between the Boston International Airport and the Canada Place cruise port is, allowing for traffic, 10 minutes.
Parking at the Port of Boston
The port has a secure 5-level parking enclosed garage at the port. There is also a "cell phone" parking lot available for arrival and disembarking passengers located about a quarter mile from Black Falcon terminal. This is a good option if family or friends are waiting to pick you up.
Other Parking options for the Port of Boston
There is an offsite parking lot operated by Port of Boston. Shuttles run between the lot and the cruise terminal. Rates are based on the length of your stay . They only accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express.) If you are arriving by car the night before your cruise, several of the hotels in the area may let you leave your car in their lot while you cruise. However, you will need to stay at least one night before your cruise – look for ""Park 'n Stay"" rates advertised by the hotel. These hotels usually have a shuttle to take you to and from the cruise port. (October 2011)
