There is no flat rate for a taxi from JAX to the cruise port. It is a short ride from the airport (about 15 minutes.) There may be a fee in addition to the rate charged for a taxi, limo or shuttle van from the port back to the airport. Cruise Line transfers are $15 per person each way.
